“African hold the American”

If you turn on the television, read a paper or scroll through social media; you will see that there is an illness that has plagued this country for centuries. America has never had good intentions for us. Every African born in this country is born with blood at the roots. Blood from countless acts of violence from America with no penalties, accountability or logical explanation. For centuries our people have fought for the right to simply be treated as a human beings instead of like animals at the zoo. For centuries we have been treated as tools by a corporation. Even within the education system where lies and inconsistencies in history have legally been feed to a nation of people and our children, to support the oppressive agenda of America the corporation. America should be the first man in line to support our people in rebuilding healthy mental and emotional infrastructures! No! Instead in 2020 it is still a crime to be black! There is still injustice for our people and anyone who stands by us!

So yes, I am African not american. There is nothing “American” within my bloodline. As our ancestors have proven throughout history, WE WILL RISE! No matter the hatred we have been shown, we will not keep our foots on the necks of any race of people for our own personal gain. We have respect for all that respects us and we will continue to have love for all that love us.

America the corporation cannot say the same, I will not add the racial injustice, greed, and the inhuman need for power that comes with America to my name.
